Ph and EC., What is it?

The pH (potential of hydrogen)

is used to measure the acidity of a body. The pH influences the assimilation of trace elements it is for that that one needs a pH adapted best compared to the demand for nutrients of the plant.

EC. (electric conductivity)

makes it possible to know the concentration of a nutritive solution. Pure water is not conducting but it becomes it as soon as one adds a salt or an acid. The addition of manure will increase its conductivity. To measure electric conductivity makes it possible to know with precision the concentration in manure of a nutritive solution.
